Our Process

Our Three Step Process

As a prospective client:

Step 1: Introductory Meeting

let’s talk about what you are looking for. Before we ask you to invest your time with us, we want to make sure we can be the right fit. We’ll learn about your goals, aspirations and where you see yourself down the river. Then we’ll review your financial picture.

Step 2

Step 2

Step 2: Planning Meeting

Based on what we learned from our first meeting, we will build your financial picture showing what we understand about your situation. Correct us where needed and we’ll talk through a few “what-if” strategies to see what planning scenarios we should consider.

Step 3

Step 3

Step 3: Proposal Meeting

We will show you the findings of our financial plan, some strategies we may consider, and then how we translate that plan from theory into practice. We show you what you need in Liquidity, what you’ll need for your Longevity, and what impact your Legacy could have if we invest according to our proposed allocation.

As a client

Once you become a client, our outreach doesn’t stop. The first year, we still want to reach out to you 12 times per year and hopefully meet with you twice. We want to be overly transparent about what your investments are doing, how we’re meeting your plan, and making sure you are getting the most out of our services.

The next year, guess what? We still want to talk with you at least 12 times a year. You can tell us if its too much and we’ll reduce it, but we have every client on a regimented contact schedule. We want to know how you are doing as life changes, not after. You can still call us as needed, but our process works much better for both of us if we can be proactive instead of reactive.
